On the 1st day of February 2012, a Customer Service Point (CSP) of State Bank of India was inaugurated at Santola Village under Kamrup District. The CSP will be operated by Mr.Biswajit Kalita, VLE of the Arunodoy CSC centre. The centre was inaugurated by Sri Arup Kr. Das, Branch Manager, SBI Mirza Branch in presence of Sri R. L. Mazumdar, GM, AMTRON, Sri Satya Borah, President Bongara, Gaon Panchayat and Gaon Burahs of the nearby villages.

It may be mentioned that a few local villagers enrolled themselves for opening an no frills account account through the CSP
